Refund policy

At Artimia, we value our customers' satisfaction and want to ensure you are completely delighted with your purchase. As we work with unique and exclusive art pieces and custom-printed merchandise, our return policy reflects the specific characteristics of these products. Please review the terms below:

General Return Conditions

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Artwork: We accept returns only in the following cases:
    • The artwork arrived damaged during shipping.
    • There was an error in the item shipped (e.g., you received the wrong piece).
  • Merchandise: Returns are accepted for:
    • Manufacturing defects (e.g., misprints, poor-quality printing).
    • Incorrect items received (e.g., size different of that one you purchased or wrong design).

Return Request Period:

  • You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery.

Product Condition:

  • Artwork: Returns are accepted only if the artwork is in the same condition as it was delivered, with no additional damage.
  • MerchandiseReturns are accepted only if the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Return Process

  1. Submitting a Return Request:
    1. Reply to the confirmation email that you received upon making your purchase, changing the email subject to "Return Request" and include:
      1. Order number.
      2. Clear photos of the received product showing the damage, defect, or error (if applicable).
      3. A description of the issue.
  2. Evaluation:
    1. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you if the return is approved.
  3. Returning the Product:
    1. If your return is approved:
      1. For artwork, you will receive instructions on how to ship the artwork back to us. 
      2. For merchandise, you will receive instructions on how to ship it back to the sender. 
    2. Return shipping costs (in cases of damage, defects, or errors) will be covered by us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds

  • If the return is approved, you can choose between:
    • A full refund (including initial shipping costs).
    • A store credit for the total value of your purchase (including initial shipping costs).
    • A replacement product (for merch, when applicable).
  • The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Exclusions from Returns

  • Artwork:
    • Returns are not accepted for changes of mind.
  • Merchandise:
    • As merch is made-to-order, returns are not accepted for size selection errors or changes of mind. Please carefully check our sizing chart before placing your order.
    • Slight variations in color or design due to the printing process are not considered defects.

Secure Shipping Guarantee

We take every precaution to ensure each product is carefully packaged and arrives in perfect condition. If damage occurs during shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
