- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Because shipping costs vary based on the weight of each item, ordering different types of art (like original drawings and sculptures) and merch in a single order may result in combined shipping charges. If the actual combined shipping cost is lower than what you paid, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
3. Shipping Methods
We use the following shipping carriers to ship your purchased art:
- Spain: Delivered by SEUR.
- International: Delivered by UPS.
Merch will be sent by a print-on-demand company using different shipping companies, including local post services.

- Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days (for standard shipping).
- International orders may take up to 14-21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, and carrier delays.
- As merch is printed on demand, delivery times can take longer, up to one month.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number to help you monitor its progress.
- Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by replying to the confirmation email that you received when you made your purchase.
