A youthful head with a serene expression, the eyelids gently lowered as if in a moment of sleep or quiet contemplation. The pale surface, marked with subtle textures, carries touches of blue and pink that enhance the delicacy of the face. The carefully modeled hair and overall stillness of the piece evoke the calm of a classical figure suspended outside of time.
Sculpture modeled in fine grog refractory clay and reproduced in resin. Painted with shellac, chalk paint, acrylics, ferric paint, and varnish.
